CMQ training; responding to psychological harassmen

From September 20 to 22, 2023, 22 of your colleagues successfully completed the psychological harassment intervention training offered by the CMQ. Congratulations to each and every one of them for their involvement and determination to make our workplaces places where harassment has no place.

According to the latest figures published by the CNESST, occupational injuries attributable to harassment have risen from 57 in 2017 to 277 in 2021, an increase of nearly 400%.
The labor movement has an important role to play in the fight against this type of abuse. That's why the Syndicat des Machinistes relies on a team of union representatives specially trained to prevent and intervene against all forms of harassment in the workplace.
