AIM CROIT - (International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers - Centre for Rehabilitation, Orientation and Work Integration) is a non-profit organization that promotes the reintegration of people living with physical and sensory limitations into the workforce. For more than 30 years, the organization has been providing personalized support and assistance so that people with disabilities can develop their full potential within the labor market.
